Q1. Can you switch the joystick unit between right arm and left arm? How soon can it be done to switch joystick unit?: A: It's ok, you can change the right and left easily, you only need to do is release the screw under the joystick, then change the direction.
Q2. What is the typical charging time for the 1st time and 2nd time and on?: A: It takes about 24 hours for the first time to full charge and about 6-8 hours from the second time.
Q3. Do you have heavy duty type which is usable for person who weighs more than 120 kg? If you have, how much is the max.weight?: A: Yes, we have type D09 model to recommend to you, the max. load capacity is 180kg.
Q4. Do you have carrier cover for the chair for transportation when folded?: A: Yes, we have travel bag which can be used when D05 is folded.
Q5. Is D05 waterproof? Can D05 be used under rain?: A: The wheelchair frame is Titanium-aluminum alloy material, it's water-proof, it will not get rusted, about the electric connection place, the user should take some care, don't let the rain flow inside. This means: D05 can not be used under rainy or snowing weather condition.
